I am having a problem selecting nodes with XPATH expressions when an
attribute values contain backslashes (\\) in as part of its value:
For example the following statement fails to find a node (even though one
exists in the XML) if the value of the LDAPServerURL attribute is
\\LocalServer but works if the value is "LocalServer".

Hi
I am pretty much an xml beginner; hopefully someone can easily answer this one... I want to select a node representing a worksheet in an xml document for the Office Web Components spreadsheet. The file uses xml namespaces, of which I know very little. But it does seem clear that I can't select the <ss:Worksheet> element by name only; the xpath "//Worksheet" does not match any nodes

I am able to build the outer menu but not the children. How do I select the

I'm currently using a context menu to allow the user to add, rename and
delete nodes in a treeview control. When a node is added we give it a bogus
name ("NewNode") and invoke the add method. We would then to then select the
newly added node and rename it but can't figure out how to select the node
via code.
How do you select a node from code when you don't know the index?

I have a treeview which contains nodes of a class (classA) derived from
treenode.
These classA nodes may contain nodes of a class (ClassB) derived from
classA.
The form load populates a imagelist and calls a subroutine that assigns an
image to each node depending on its type.
If I expand a classA node, all is well. ie. I see the classA image on the

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
