Hi all,
I'm trying to troubleshoot some problems i'm having with a
bluetooth-based serial port-based app that was working fine with sp1
but is not connecting with sp2. it seems like i need to be sending
the pairing code (that you are prompted for manually when
double-clicking the bluetooth place to manually start the connection
or try through hyperterminal). I have another laptop (running sp1)
that doesn't prompt for the code when...

I would like to develop a smart device bluetooth application for pocket PC
2003. As I know, Pocket PC 2003 includes the microsoft bluetooth stack. My
intention is to use the SDK from mircrosoft and not the expensive SDK from
WIDCOMM to use the bluetooth programming interfaces. But, as I know most
pocket PCs with integrated bluetooth chips use the WIDCOMM bluetooth stack.

The bluetooth stack that comes with XP SP2 has a couple of nice wizard
interfaces for device discovery and pairing. I am looking to create my
own wizards to do similar tasks and wanted to interface
programmatically with the stack.
I also found the Bluetooth API in the MSDN platform SDK. However,
there isn't any example code, and my C/C++ skills are not that strong.

Hi All,
I'm trying to connect to a virtual port (COM19, OUTGOING, "Bluetooth
Serial Port") using VS2005 System.IO.Ports.
When I ran the ff code below here's what happens.
1) VS2005 Compiles w/o errors
2) My Nokia 6600 prompted me the message "Accept Connection request
from DEMON?"
note: DEMON is my computers name.
3) Using my Nokia 6600, I hit the button that refers to the "Yes"
