How to merge multiple Visual Studio.NET projects into one

Dear All,
My apologies if this is not the correct forum. I am a bit confused on
where this kind of a question belongs. However I need help rather badly. I
would like to merge two ASP.NET c# projects into one project.
I am unable to information on going about doing it. I remember seeing a
Microsoft support KB article many months back and can't seem to find it now.
Any help appreciated.

To give a brief of what I am trying to do:
We are developing a customer support forum with security authorisation based
access. We are having two KB ASP.NET applications written in c#. We would
like to have two instances of these KB applications running as a single
application(sha ring sessions for authorisations) and with a aingle
authentication, under another single CRM(asp.net/c#) application managing
authentication for all three of them.

I did try to do the following:
-- Remove Gloabal.asax
-- Web Config
-- Take a child node in IIS as a non-application.

It doesnt seem to work. Even when I try to give them unique identities by
using different name spaces and etc, oneKB seems to load the default.aspx of
the other leading me to believe that my integration of the three projects is
not correct.
The structure would be
---------
One single
Application
---------
CRM |
|-- KB-1|
|-- KB-2|
--------|

Any help is appreciated. If anyone also knows the support KB link from the
Microsoft support website, that explains this and can share , it is very much
appreciated.

It sounds as if what you have done should work. Here are some
troubleshooting tips I'd suggest:

Look at the web server logs to ensure the requests are reaching the
proper directory. Could there be a redirect involved?

Are there any HttpModules installed at the CRM level that could be
rewriting the URL?

If you configure one of the KB directories in IIS as an application
does it work?

Is it possible to use Visual Studio to create ASP.NET projects on a web server, without giving the various people that will be doing this full administrator privliges? Each user will need to have independent folders that they can modify (ie, one user cannot change the contents of another user's folder). Access to the server must be strictly...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. For...
