I'm trying to show my application help. I installed VSHIK 2003 to create a
simple help file. Now I need to integrate it into my application. I have two
problems:
- I don't know how to register the help file. I created a setup project and
included the HxS file, but it doesn't open.
- I tried also with a .chm file and it works pressing F1, but I don't know
how to show the help pressing a menuitem component.
Can you help me?

Hi Diego,
To the best of my knowledge, HTML Help 2.0 (for which VSHIK 2003 is
designed) is not intended to be used in applications other than Visual
Studio .NET and MSDN. You should use HTML Help 1.1 and HTML Help Workshop to
create help files.

I need to understand why if I add a control and use AddHandler to connect its
click event, it will work in Page_Load, but not in a Button_Click.
The idea is that the user types some data, presses the button, gets a list

I'm using VS2005 to build a C++ assembly. I set a Key File in the linker
advanced options for the project so that the assembly would be strong named.
