converting a byte array to a 1bpp bitmap

Could somebody tell me a quick way to write a whole byte array to a 1
bit per pixel bitmap if its possibleinstead of locking the bits and
doing it like that.....

James,

I would create a new MemoryStream instance, passing the byte array to
the stream. Once you do this, you can pass the MemoryStream instance to the
constructor of the Bitmap class, and it should read the contents from the
array to construct your bitmap.

Hope this helps.

I have 2 questions that are just the opposite to one another: (1) I need to read an image file (like bitmap, jpeg etc.) and to save only its data, I need to save his data in a raw data format, meaning; I don't want to save the image header, only the pixels data. the raw data should be saved in a byte array. The direct way is to do a loop over the image pixels and to copy pixel by pixel to the byte array. I'm looking for another way to...

Hi all, Ok, I am not the best C programmer in the world but am looking to convert a byte array which contains pixel information to a bitmap. basically i have a screen say 320x280 leading to a 89600 element byte array eah element specifying the pixel color. I need to convert this into a Bitmap tho. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this or even if there is something already around that can do this for me?

Hello, I am using a library which returns a byte containing RAW data, ie all pixels' color values coded in a byte array without header. I would like to save those data into a JPEG file so I tried to use the MetaFile class. byte data; (...) // Creating the RAW image through the DLL call. MemoryStream memoryStream = new MemoryStream(data);

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
