How can I increase the maximum size of a Windows form? I'm trying to make a
really big Windows form (about 1000x1000) but the designer doesn't allow me
to do that. It only goes up to 1000x780. Somebody suggested going to the
form's Properties >> Layout >> Size 1000,1000 but my version -Studio '02
v1.0- doesn't have that property. Am I missing something?

When I fill a listview, I resize the columns to fit the data. I need
to know if the data will fit vertically or if there will be a vertical
scroll bar. I need to know this so I can allow for it on the overall
size of the listview.
My question therefore is, how can I tell if the items I have added
will fit in the listview at its given height?
A secondary one, just for interest sake...is there a way to determine
the exact heght needed...

Do vb.net forms have a maximum height limit of 1212 pixels? I can't seem
to make a form larger than that size, despite the min & max property
values being set to 1 and 2000 respectively....an empty form can't seem
to be stretched taller than that value....

I am using VB.NET, VS 2005
Add a windows form and in design view:
Add a Radiobutton to the windows form
Set AutoSize = True for the radiobutton
Set the MaximumSize width to 90 for the radiobutton
Enter text for the radiobutton which is longer than the default
Run it - the height of the radiobutton does not increase, and the text is
truncated.

I have a UserControl sized to 100; 200
When I drop it in my form the initial size is 100;200 (as I prefer). Then I
decided to change the size of my UserControl to 200;200 but although I have
not set any value to the size of the dropped control in my form, recompiling
the project does not affect the new size of the user control in my form.
Surprisingly if I reset the Size property of my user control in the form,
the size changes...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
