Params problem

Guys,

I need to pass a string in my parameter list to another
page. This contains the ampersand character. This is
causing the part of the string after the ampersand to
move into the second parameter

How do I get around to passing this

Any help would be appreciated

I am trying some interresting features to load an assembly on the fly. I read some samples, but what I am trying to do is a little more complex. - First, I have a app.config file containing keys like "mydll_MyClass.dll" - Second, I tried to load the assembly with Assembly.LoadFrom(myDll), but since my constructor having some parameters this is not possible. - Third, I tried Activator.CreateInstance(...), but it becomes very

Is there any way to disable the "params" on a particular invocation so that one can pass an array containing the arguments and not have receiver get an array having you argument array stuffed into the first index? I have worked around this by getting the MethodInfo via reflection and invoking it there. Is there a simpler way? Thanks, Stan

sometimes i put params in hyperlink, and i expect them do disappear with further requests (Server.Transfer or Response.redirect), but they stay there and mess up my logic. for example, user gets to the page using html hyperlink with params and then clicks on button (on the new page), and in event handler i do transfer or redirect. problem is that params stay as part of url. can i do anything about this?

Assume that an ASPX page is accessed using the following URL: http://myserver/Page1.aspx?fname=john The value of the querystring fname (which is john) can be retrieved using both Request.Params("fname") & Request.QueryString("fname"). So what's the difference between Request.Params("fname") & Request.QueryString("fname")?

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
