This is a follow-up on my previous thread concerning having the program
wait for a certain date and time and then executing some code when it
gets there. My question is; can I use the Sleep function from kernel32
to accomplish this? My concern is that this function takes milliseconds
where my program needs to be accurate to within 5 minuets, and delays
may be as long as a number of days, months or whatever. Would I run into
many problems...

Hi ,
i m getting the following errors under the eventlog while i m trying to run
some class that i wrote.
at the first i got an error about the just-in-time : access denied and i
added the permissions as i read in some article but this
didn't help to so i disable the JIT from the IDE properties and then i got
those errors .
please advice.

I am trying to figure out a way to have health monitoring throw
different Event IDs into the event log, and am having a hard time.
None of the customization that I have looked through so far has been
helpful, yet.
As an example, here's a text copy of a typical unhandled exception
from the event log:

I'm looking for a better way to do a date/time elapsed event rather
than a timer elapsed event.

there's anything special about the EventHandlerList class in this
context, in fact some articles from pre-2.0 suggest using any
