I've got Visual Studio 7.0.9466 and have installed the
Framework 1.1 and its SDK and DirectX 9.0 (Summer 2003
release) SDK. OS is Windows XP Pro. I'm logged on with
Administrator rights.
I can't open the DirectX Summer release sample Direct3D
tutorial solutions as I get an error saying that my VS
version is too early. However, if I do a check for
updates to VS, it says I'm up-to-date! I can open the
tutorials from an earlier DirectX...

Hi guys,
I'm a student of c#, and I was wondering how one would take advantage of
multimedia in most c# apps/games. I assume one would use directx9, since there
doesn't seem to be any support for audio, video, etc in c# itself (correct me
if im wrong there).
What is the best way to learn directX, especially for c#? Can anyone recommend
any good books?

I'm trying to learn to use DirectX in C#, but all of the examples I've found
so far are pretty unstable (crash when minimized, crash when the window is
resized so its height is 0 pixels, crash on ctrl+alt+del, etc)
Does anybody know of a tutorial out there that handles the exceptions
correctly?
Can anybody recommend a good book on the topic?

I am using some code that I somewhat cannibalized from a tutorial, and
whenever I try to put in an image not of specific seemingly random
sizes, it stretches them out alot.
The module that runs the code I am using is this: (note that the
tutorial had a 3D segment as well, which has been remarked)

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
