Hello all,
Does anybody have working sample VBA code to change printerdriver in a
report and to get a list of available drivers and there functionality?
It is for Access 2000. This version of Access has no printer collection
object yet. I need to work with the DevMode and DevNames properties of a
report object.
Please, you help me the most if you sent it to my personal email address,

PDF file from within a VB.Net application.
printDocument printerSettings is not appropriate as there is no document to

Any help is greately appreciated.

I want to programmatically change the paper orientation of the systems
default printer in such a way that the new orientation shows for the printer
under:
Start/Printer and Faxes
Can anyone tell me how to do that?
I have some unmanaged code that no longer works for some unknown reason.

Hi everybody,
sorry for my English first of all.
I've an ASP page (ASP 3.0) used on an intranet which fill up some particular
Mail sheets getting data from a database.
Those pre-compiled sheets are then showed in IE 6 for checking and then have
to be printed.
To correct printing the sheets I have to change the print margins and paper
orientation from IE 6 settings.
Reading around it looks like I can't change IE 6 print settings without

Hi all,
I am trying to print a report in A4 paper, but my printer's default paper is
different (Letter 8.5 x 11 inches). So when i print, a significant part of
the paper remains blank, because of the different margins. Does anyone know
how to programmatically change the printer's default paper? Almost all
properties of the Printersettings Class on this matter are ReadOnly.
Thank u
Panos

I have a vb.net 2005 application where the user can select to preview an
image. The users are CAD designers and typically have their default printer
set to a plotter with a large paper size etc...
For this particular application, the drawings they are viewing will always
be in legal size - portrait. What is happening now is that the preview is
using the print settings from the default printer. I would like to override
this when...

Greetings all!
My problem is this. I've installed a new printer on my computer.
This is the "default printer" for access. Now, some of my reports,
which were working fine with the old printer, are now showing up with
an odd view (very enlarged) in preview. If I go to page setup, and
choose specific printer to then look at the paper size listed in my
default printer, it shows Hegaki Card 100mmX148mm instead of letter.
It seems as...

Hello
I need to display and then automatically print a PDF file.
I'm using AxAcroPDF to display the PDF. AxAcroPDF class has a very
good method: printAll().
The only thing is that I need to print as landscape. AxAcroPDF doesn't
allow me to change the paper orientation (in fact doesn't support any
setting changing).
To workaround, I need to set the paper orientation of the default

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
