This is more of an HTML question, but it's related to a PHP project.
I have a simple form consisting of 2 selects, 1 text input and a submit
button. The form action submits to the same page.
When entering a string into the text input and hitting return (without
tabbing to and clicking "Submit") the page reloads, but no results appear....

Has anyone ever tried implementing a simple unstructured BASIC dialect
in Python? I'm getting interested in language implementation, and
looking at a reasonably simple example like that could be pretty
interesting.

SQL SERVER 2000
Hi all
This is my first attempt at writing a stored procedure. I have managed to
get it working but its unlikely to be the best way of handling the problem.
While writing it I found some things that I don't understand so if any one
could shed any light it would be much appreciated. I have posted these at
the end.

Evolution Access Converter

Has anyone played with this? Is it any good? Scale on 1 to 100?
I have a fairly complex MSAXP/2003 multi-app (multiple apps with distinctly
different purposes) frontends all served by a MS SQL Svr 7 backend
application a customer wants to move to .NET, to be able to...

If you got the answer, thank you so much.
OK I have to ask this question again as I know it can’t be that
difficult, nor is it that rare. So a lot of people are doing something
wrong, but what are we doing wrong?
Someone types text in Ms Word, say a blog entry or forum post, then
they cut that text out of word and past it into a...

(The "C++ Grammer" thread in comp.lang.c++.moderated prompted this post).
It would be more than a little bit nice if C++ was much "cleaner" (less
complex) so that it wasn't a major world wide untaking to create a toolchain
for it. Way back when, there used to be something called "Small C". I wonder
if the creator(s) of that would want to...

MICR = The line of digits printed using magnetic ink at the bottom of
a check.
Does anyone know of a Python function that has been written to parse a
line of MICR data?
Or, some financial package that may contain such a thing?
Or, in general, where I should be looking when looking for a piece of
Python code that may have already been...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then...
