I have a Java desktop GUI application that the user can run multiple
times. In order to keep one instance of the application distinct from

This is a new issue as of an install to sp1 on vb express 2005. When I publish the application to my drive then I try to install it is wants to be installed from the same location as it was originally install.
Any help would be great it is a real pain having to uninstall then install this update.
Also all users are admins.

I understand that I can use a custom HTTP Module to register for other
pipeline events (like Application.BeginRequest), but I was told that the
only place that I can set up an event handler for Application.Start is in
Global.asax.
