How to call an Exe developed in VS 2005 from windows services using VS 2008?

Hi,

I had written a code where in I am able to create a windows services using VS 2008, but the calling exe from windows services is developed in VS 2005.
When I start my services then it throws an error this
"EventType clr20r3, P1 <app_name>.exe, P2 1.0.4049.23419, P3 4d47b69f, P4 system.windows.forms, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4889dee7, P7 48b9, P8 96, P9 system.invalidoperationexception, P10 NIL.
"
