What Licensing do i need for developing on SQL Server and .NET?

Can someone direct me to a resource or share your knowledge... What I am after is this:
If I were to begin building ASP.NET apps with SQLSERVER for an independant business. What Licensing costs are required for both me (the developer) and what are the costs for the business running the software?

I'm not finding what I am looking for on the web.

I think IIS, and SQL Server can be purchased from Microsoft. They usually come in a Windows Server edition package. Ask Microsoft sales to give you a quote.

I don't think there are any royalty fees associated with either the OS, IIS, or SQL Server.

cool - I'll ask them and see what comes back. I'm guessing that as a developer I really shouldn't have much of anything to pay (outside of my copy of visual studio). The client company may be covered too with the purchase of the OS. I just don't know.
