Images not showing

I have a new asp.net application with a virtual directory that holds photos
(jpg files). I am trying to display them in a DataList and all I get is the
small red X in upper left of each img control. The images work fine when we
run the application internally, but not when run from the internet.

I am using identity impersonate = true along with a valid user/pw but it
still only shows the red x. Can anyone help me fix this? Thanks.

Make sure the virtual path to images is correct.

Should the src= reflect the virtual path or the physical path? Thanks.
