ASPNet C#.Net 2.0 mapping the IIS Metabase question

Hi,

In my C#.Net 2.0, if the http of the web is
http://MyIP:9999/MyWebService/MyForm.aspx.
What will be the metabase of my IIS6?
In the C#.Net DirectoryService, how do I do the directory mapping to the
metabase?
Thanks for help.
