Storing binary into SQL Server in INSERT string

Hi

I need to store binary data into SQL Server but is there anyway it can be
done in a constructed INSERT rather than using the @parameters?

ie

INSERT INTO Table (BLOB) VALUES('blobdatablahblahblah')

?

Thanks
Kev
