File Download Not Working

[ACaunter]

Hi there,
when one of my pages loads up, the download dialog box pops up to download a
file.. but the window turns all white and even after you download the file,
the window stays white..

what should i do???

also, on one of my other pages, when i download a word document.. it somehow
automatically puts in all the html code at the bottom of the word document i
just created.. i have no clue how or why it does this, and i can't figure out
how to get rid of it...

any ideas??

try from another pc once... to eliminate that.
Second, is it just a Response.Redirect(), an HREF, etc?

i tried from another window but it is still doing it... it's weird.. if you
cancel the download or click on the Open button, it will cancel it or open
the word document, but then the window won't open...
I'm trying to open a second window to use it, and also download something at
the beginning too, but nothing...
any other ideas??
