I think many are starting with the MCAD cert as the exams count
for the MCSD. Then they finish up with the remaining exams to
achieve the MCSD. I and my colleagues are using this strategy.
Those of us in a developers group studied the available books and
chose the QUE MCAD Training Guides which have proven to be
very good choices that we thought are much better than the MS
Press books.
