I am getting 'Invalid length for a Base-64 char array '
while trying to decode previously encoded string.

Can any one help me out?

You sure it was encoded properly? Have a sample?
We do this same thing quite often and will get that error as well when it's
trying to decode an un-encoded string, or encoding a blank.
