Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

Hi I am trying to save a file using network path, servers are on a
domain and the IUSR is shared through an active directory. I spent a
lot of time on sharing and stuff and It finally work but every few
minutes or so I get "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad
password."

both are server 2003, ASP.NET 2.0

Any Ideas?

I created a simple ASPX page in Notepad that writes out an asp:Label control to the page and dynamically populates it with the current date/time. I ran the page and received an error in my browser, "Server Application Unavailable " and to check the application event log on the server. On the server, I see a Warning event, an information event and an...

Can anyone help me figure out how to solve this? Error is as follows. PLATFORM VERSION INFO...

I know that I have posted this question before, but it is still unresolved and I don't know where to turn to next. I have code that is creating a user (works fine), then sets the account flags (works fine) and then sets the password (fails). Here is the pertinent information: Ex.InnerException.Message: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. Ex.Message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
