Hello,
I've coded a tab pages somes years ago, with a search engine (with the help
of an other programmer) allowing to search in many divs (any tab show/hide a
div).
Now, I've to change code as new tabs are added. I've a frame where I load
the tabs and fill div with queries, and an other frame where I have the
search form. I'm looking for a way to have dynamic creation of the code,
depending on the loaded divs or tabs.

Hello,
Well, after an initial review of my database by my client, they have
completely changed their minds about how they want their form. As a
result, I'm having to re-think the whole process.
My Current Form (6 tabs):
- Owner, Property, Title, Docs, Queries, & Reports
- User is able to see (while navigating through the tabs) above in the
form : Owner Name, Address, Parcel, and SSN

I have a bunch of Crystal Reports (v9) published as WebServices and use a
ReportViewer to display the reports on the ASPNET page. Everytime we move
the reports from dev to production we have to open the reports and manually
change the datasouce to the production database. Is there a way to set the
datasouce on the webserviced reports dynamically?
(A datasource property or something?) cant seem to find anything.
Thanks!

How can I keep the ComboBox textbox empty of datasource items when my local
application starts AND keep them empty even after the user clicks different
Tabs on the form.
I welcome any questions. The problem isn’t clearing the items from the CB
textbox, the problem is I can’t keep them empty when the user moves around
the Tabs on the form. Each Tab has more CB’s and, by the way of course, I
need to keep user CB selections on each...

Hello,
I am creating my own webbrowser to learn VB .Net. I am stuck on an issue
with regards to dynamically-created controls, in this case tabs on a
tabcontrol and webbrowsers created within each new tab.
Using AddHandler in a class, I can get the delegate Sub to display the name
of the webbrowser that has been clicked (by using msgbox(sender.tag), where
I set the .tag value when creating the control).
What I need to be able to do is...

Hi,
I am dynamically creating datagridviews for my application, then
filling them with data from a 30 row datatable, and everything seems to
work great with one exception. My horizontal scrollbar never appears --
no problem with the vertical scrollbar. I even try setting the
scrollbars property to Both, but still I only see the vertical
scrollbar.
Is there any other way to force the DataGridView's vertical scrollbar

I want to create a web site that can dynamically creates tabs -- like
firefox functionality built into a web site.
Take a look at this site to get an idea of what I'm looking to do:
http://www.krugle.com/demos/Overview5_800.html
Now, I'm not looking to copy the entire interface from Krugle, but I am
very interested to understand how they are implementing those tabbed
panes. It's pretty brilliant because they're dynamic.

Here is how you create a complex data report that involves parent and child commands and you can update information at runtime. Its pretty straight forward to work with simple queries; however, working with complex reports is tricky
Assumption: Reader of this article have basic knowledge of creating data reports.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
