VPS Hosting. Need recommendation.

Hello,

I am looking for an ASP.NET VPS hosting.
Could someone, please, recommend a good one?
Not to expensive and if possible with .NET 3.5.

Thanks,
Miguel

I have been using a large hosting company and until recently, when I wanted to combine domain names and they will not let me out of a contract with two months remaining to combine accounts. they are losing $11 and will not budge. I have referred my clients to them and have been a long-time customer and have explained all this to them - not budging. So...I am looking for a new hosting company. Hi Everybody, I am Beny, a Canadian citizen currently working in Miami, Florida. My background is on computers, programming and the Internet. I am looking for a good hosting company. But I want it for me as a developer. Which implies developments on ASP. Net, Java, Database ( both MS Access and SQL ), Shopping carts, E-commerce, etc. That way after - only after - I fully develop my own applications

I will be teaching an eCommerce application development course using ASP.Net after many years of having taught classic ASP. (Course was interrupted by 18 months in the Middle East with my Army Reserve unit.) I need a textbook recommendation for a particular need. As I have delved into ASP.Net I find that I want to teach the course by emphasizing coding in the code behind pages but most of the books targeted at beginners to ASP use...

I'm looking for "high-end" dedicated server hosting services. I'm looking for quality and reliability here (not necessarily cheapest)... I'd appreciate any recommendations.

For a personal Web site with modest throughput and interactivity demans, I'm interested in your recommendation(s) for good (cheap, reliable, Linux friendly, very little, if any, sponsor advertising) Web site hosting company (in U.S.). Thanks!

I need some good hosting. I found www.webhost4life.com and I was been very happy because they give a lot of features very cheap. But I have read many bad things about this hosting, so I need some better, but not very expensive like http://www.hostinguk.net. I need some hosting with .NET 2.0, SQL Server 2000/2005/expres, Access, Unlimited bandwith and mutiple domains on one account. Which hosting is good for me? Thanks

Can anyone recommend a Windows Hosting Provider that they've used for either co-location or managed services that has proven reliable? We've got an ASP.NET application with a fair amount of traffic that needs to be up 24/7. We've got multiple servers co-located with The Planet in Dallas, but we're seeking to diversify our infrastructure. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
