Hello
I've built my own ASP.NET 2.0 Web User Control that uses the Atlas Ajax
UpdatePanel. This works fine so far.
The problem is if I embed this control with other control on a page and
now I want to update other control based on the return from this
control.
Do I just wrap the other control into another UpdatePanel or I wrap
everything into one big UpdatePanel?
Whats the standard approach or am I completely off with my idea?

Hello
I'm having a bit of a proooblem.
I have a gridview which has a checkbox as one of the templatecolumn's. When it is checked, it hides a textbox containing a DateTime templatefield (visible="false" which I set in the RowDataBound Event).
I have put the DateTime TextBox inside an updatepanel with an asynchronous trigger on the checkbox. It is hiding and displaying perfectly with the updatepanel whenever the checkbox is selected....

hi everyone!
i'm serving up an asp.net page using ajax futures.
long story short:
i have two update panels.
one has a webpage in it (e.g. www.google.com).
the other has an image inside of a div.
however, when i update the div in code behind ( via
UpdatePanel_div.Update() ), the entire page refreshes.
if i change the div to an iframe, then the entire page does not

UpdatePanelAnimationExtender which causes fade-in and fade-out. In addition
2 of the animations disable the 2 buttons which trigger them in the Updating
event and then enable them again in the Updated event. I was surprised to

Morning,
I've still got an issue with an AJAX enabled site.
I've a master page with two ContentPlaceholders. I've then got a default
aspx page which contains several user controls I've written. Each user
control contains an UpdatePanel. Each UpdatePanel has
UpdateMode='Conditional' set to it.
When one of the UpdatePanel updates, they all update.

I have an UpdatePanel on the form.
Now I want to use a link outside of my UpdatePanel to make it to update
(asynchronously) and also send some(at least one ) parameters.
I'm trying using ICallbackEventHandler, but it doesn't update the UpdatePanel.
Any suggestions?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
