HowTo Schedule ASPX page to Run Automatically

Hi. How can I schedule an ASPX page to execute every hour? I know this
request is odd & there are plenty of better ways to accomplish running an
automated task every hour. That being said, is it possible to do this?

Basically I have an ASPX page that, when opened, POSTS new customer records
from our system to a partner company's system. This task must run once an
hour and currently a user is manually running the application.

Is it possible to automatically run an aspx page every hour? If so, how?

Thanks!

Well, this task is a good candidate to become a windows server. Doing
so you get the service started without user logged in, automatic
restart in case of failure, disgnostics in event viewer.... and more.
My advice, create a windows service. Asp.Net is not suitable for this
kind of requirements.
Best regards.

Hi People, Wondering whether there is a way of being transferred to another aspx page, after waiting for a couple or more seconds, rather than being transferred immediately. For example displaying a status message and then being transferred after 4-5 seconds. Will wait for valuable feedback. Thanks,
