Hello,
I have a GridView in my page which is created in runtime. It works fine.
My page has 2 Asp Buttons:
- The HIDE button makes GridView.Visible = False;
- The SHOW button makes GridView.Visible = True.
I press HIDE and the GridView disappears as expected.
After it I press SHOW and the GridView doesn't show.

Hi all,
I am working on a .net 2.0 web app.
On page load I display a gridview with a drop down list (Employees),
when the user selects from the drop down list, the grid view is filled
with the dates the employees are working.
I then want to push a button that adds a new column to the gridview, a
new Employees drop down list appears, and again the user selects the

Hi,
here's my problem in short: Text boxes in gridview don't seem to hold
their value if the column's .Visible property is changed back and
forth.
I've got a form with a gridview populated from a data view (which in
turn is loaded from a manually setup DataTable for testing purposes).
One of the columns in the grid is a checkbox that's tied to an event
handler that'll change the .Visible property of a column with a text
box. That text...

ASP.NET 2.0
I've got problems with the right column in my GridView. The GridView consist
of 2 columns, the problem column is the column on the right side.
The problem is that it looks like there is a huge space between the 2
columns, see the huge grey space between the 2 columns. I want the columns
to be very close to each other with only 10px open space between the
columns. Now it looks like there is a 160px margin between them

I'm running into a well-described issue in the ASPNET model that I haven't found a good work around for.
I have a GridView to which I dynamically add data-bound TemplateFields at run-time. The specific fields that are added depend on the
state of the application.
The contents of these fields displays properly after they are first initialized, but not after postback (e.g., just a simple button
control that doesn't do anything except...

Hi I have a gridview with several template columns and a few command button
columns, column 1 and 2 are dropdown boxes, column 3 is a checkbox and column
4 is a text box, followed by command button columns. These are all for data
entry and although I am populating the dropdown list boxes with an
objectdatasource so the user can provide a selection, I am not binding the
gridview to anything. The command buttons again are for the user to be...

I have a GridView with a LINQDataSource attached to it. My code in the aspx
markup is below. I need to know why only the checkbox field for the
activated column is getting updated (the EditTemplate). None of the other
columns get updated except for that one. Any ideas? The only column that is
not able to be updated is the ID column, but that isn't even in the table.
<asp:GridView ID="EternityNewsMemberList" runat="server"...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
