hiding/showing iframe

I am using the tree view IE web control and I need to show different
iframes depending upon which node in the tree view has been clicked, and
if not have been clicking I don't want any iframe to show.

Can anybody help me out with this? I don't know how to show/hide
iframes, and if this would be the right way to go about it.
Thanks

I'm working on a new site for my wife's college art organization: http://www.ie-studios.net/mci/ and I'm having a problem where a PDF in an IFrame is supposed to go "invisible" (and in fact is supposed to be hidden by default) but it's always there. I already validated the page with w3c.org and it's OK with it. I know layers and iframes aren't good ideas. But, layers is the best I could come up with to do what they want with overlaps...

The DataGrid allows you to make columns visible or invisible on demand - even edit and other special columns. This article will show you how it is done. Some developers have reported problems controlling the visibility of columns in the DataGrid control. The problem usually comes down to one fact. The DataGrid has a property called AutoGenerateColumns. The default value is "True". This means that when AutoGenerateColumns is set to True,...

I am developing an internalk inteface that integrates alot of seperate tools into one interface. The current version uses one Iframe inside a div layer for positioning. Currently the seperate web tools do not have the ability to stay active. As you switch from tool to tool the previous information is lost unless you use a Back button. I need to place multiple div layers with I frames in them that can be shown or hidden based on selection. The...

Hi there, I've got a website with a list of Frequently Asked Questions, so there's a question and answer in a long list down the page. Can anyone recommend a simple script that would allow me to hide each answer when the page loaded, but then made them individually appear/disappear when clicking the question? I'm after a solution that will degrade gracefully if a page doesn't

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
