How to make checkbox column editable?

Help! I'm new to this UltraWebGrid stuff... I'm doing a hierarchical
webgrid and so far so good. Except after I've created my checkbox
column, I can't seem to make it behave like a regular checkbox!! It
looks like its grayed out, and I can't seem to find the function to
enable it. Please help!

I am using a C++ source code generator from Computer Associates, called Allfusion Plex, and need to insert source code to set focus on the next editable cell in a grid. For example, I have a maintenable grid with four columns. The first column is read only and tab stop is set to No. The second and third columns are editable and tab stop is set to Yes. The fourth and last column is editable but the tab stop is to No. I am currently...

I have a datagrid with no editable fields except checkboxes at the beginning of each row. Is it possible to make certain columns in a row editable if a user selects the checkbox of that row? I want to allow the user to select multiple rows to make them editable then click an 'update' button at the end to update the database. -- LUIS ESTEBAN VALENCIA MICROSOFT DCE 3. I am having a very difficult time with what should be an easy task. I simply want to select these fields from the database table into the GridView control and have checkboxes appear for which the user can select which columns to include in a report. The checkboxes are always read only, even when I set the value for readonly to false in the BoundField GridView tasks (EditColumn). Does anyone know of an example I can see, an article or...

Hi, I've few checkboxes in different rows. After selecting appropriate values, the user should click a button. I wanted to convert those checkbox values to non-editable(or non-editable textboxes), so that user cannot change the value again after the needed functionality(this is in java script) completes. So my problem is that how should i manipulate the page through java script to set the field noneditable. Please suggest.

Hi, I am creating a new screen in a GUI. Can someone help me how can I make a checkbox look like it is enabled? For example, I use this code EUAMIndCheckBox.setEditable(false); and the checkbox appears to be blur. I know the reason is that to inform the user that it is not editable. But I want it to look like it is enabled but it is not. Hope someone can help me about this. Thanks.

Hi, I have a gridview with an UpdateQuery() that's fired when the user edits/updates a row. The problem lies in the fact that every cell in the edited row shows up as editable even though one cell actually gets changed in the database. Is there a way to make a cell appear non-editable? Thanks

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
