I have a screen where I ask the user their payment type. Once they
select the payment type either check or credit card, I would like them
to go to a seperate checkout page. How can I write a bit of code to
make .php re-direct them to the proper page? (I considered doing this
with Javascript, but would rather keep it all in .php)

I am using XSL:FO to generate PDF report for my XML, generating it in
tables, i want that tables should completely be at one place, if there
is a page break , all the contents of the table should move to the
next page.
can any one suggest a way out?

Hello,
I am having an issue with page breaking that I hope someone will be
able to help me with. Still a relative "newbie", and I thought this
might be a good place to find some help. I have a complex FO that
contains nested tables. There are a few places where my breaks are not
being rendered, although other ones work fine. I've made an FO that
can reproduce this behavior. It is:

Hi,
I seem to having a peculiar problem with the display of odd and even
pages in XSL-FO. Here is a small background of the problem.
My xsl stylesheet mentions my fo:layout-master-set as

Hi all,
This is my first post, so I am very new at this. I am trying to use
page-number-citation twice in my code, but the second time it just
shows '0'. The output is in pdf format and I am using Antenna XSL

I have a problem with what sounds to me as if it should be very easy to
do, but I'm completely unable to do it in this version of FOP, and
would really appreciate any help.
Basically, I have a large table of values (an invoice) in a flow, so it
can span many pages. On the last page, at the end of the table, is a

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
