Hi, there.
Thanks for any help that can be offered. I've been working with Python for
a year or more now, but only doing simple extending in C/C++. I'm now
attempting some embedding and several questions have come to mind.
BTW - I'm running Windows 2000 with Python23 and VisualC++ developers

Hello,
I am trying to embed a Tkinter widget (TkZinc, http://www.tkzinc.org)
inside a PyGtk HMI.
A guru gave me this advice: "I think you can do some magic using the XID
of the Tkinter widget's window to produce a GdkWindow"
I wrote this little program, which gets the XID of the Tkinter window
and uses it to create a gtk.gdk.Window.

I have an XML string in a database that I would like to display using XSLT.
All of that works like a champ, but I can't figure out how to embed the XML
inside an ASPX page.
For example, I have an ASPX page with a Header User Control and a Footer
User Control. I'd like to put the transformed XML right in the middle. It

application? I don't particularly want to put a COM-callable wrapper around
my .NET component if I can help it. I can easily convert the MFC app to use

I was wondering if there any other method of achieving the following:
I have a XSL transformation outputting a SVG document.
For reasons too long to explain here, I must embed a CSS style sheet inside
a <style> element in the SVG output document using a CDATA block.
The CSS stylesheet is not an xml document, therefore I cannot open it using

I'd like to use html/xml/xsl for rendering views in a windows form client. I
assume I should embed IE inside a windows form in order to show the form
inside a MDI form. I should also capture events from the IE at the windows

it is a medical plotter/display program with wxagg backend. it reads 3 kinds of data from a text file: ecg, heart rate, and oxygen saturation. ecg data is plotted by embedding matplotlib inside wx, while the other two is wxStaticText. to differentiate them, a buffer character was introduced before each reading and parsed accordingly.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
