Hello,
on my page, I have a DetailsViewControl connected to a SqlDataSource.
Now when I dynamically set the FilterExpression and FilterParameters -
for example in a OnClick-EventHandler of a button - the DetailsView
shows the filtered Data, but Deleting and Updating doesn't work
anymore. The DetailsView changes to EditMode, but after clicking on the
UpdateButton it shows the old data.
Am I missing something or is it just not possible or...

I've chosen to implement the "optimistic concurrency" model in my
application. To assist in that, I've added a ROWVERSION (TIMESTAMP) column to
my main tables. I read the value of the column in my select, remember it, and
then use it in the update. It works just fine when I have full control of the
whole process.

Hi,
I am trying to set a parameter in the SELECT statement of a SqlDataSource,
in the Page_Load event where the intended value for the parameter is
calculated. But how can I set the parameter to a certain value? If the value
comes from a control, form, querystring etc. then it's easily done
declaratively. But how to do it in code.
Have tried for hours. I will be grateful for all help!

Getting the following error:
You have specified that your delete command compares all values on
SqlDataSource 'sdsAddEdit', but the dictionary passed in for values is empty.
Pass in a valid dictionary for delete or change your mode to
