I have a MCMS 2002 site that we recently had several hotfixes
installed. After installing the hotfixes, both AOL users and Earthlink
users experience tha same problem, namely that intermittently buttons,
and linkbuttons cause a post back but we don't seem to get the postback
event firing. The user sees the page post, but then the original page
comes back with the form empty. This occurs intermittently and does not
seem to be related to...

Hey Folks,
We discovered an interesting behavior last week and after failing to find
anything in the Knowledgebase or MSDN, I thought I would ping the community.
We are in the process of developing a new ASP.Net application using VS2003
and during unit testing, Internet Explorer crashed...hard. No error
reporting, just a simple dialog box stating
"The instruction at "0x10005fbe" referenced memory at "0x10005fbe". The

Can I just say "wow" - just installed IE7 on my dev PC (after imaging it
first - I'm not that mad) and the effect on a database type application I'm
developing is under ASP.NET v1.1 is amazing:
It feels a lot faster switching from record to record so I assume JavaScript
has been given a boost. We use the powerful but sluggish NetAdvantage
controls which make heavy use of JavaScript.
It doesn't flicker anymore when switching between...

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me with a couple of queries. I am in the
process of designing a site which I have uploaded to:
http://www.cca-ltd.co.uk/New/index.html, but I currently have 2
problems.
Firstly, the navigation bar (Home, About Us, Training, etc.) looks
fine on a full screen browser but when I decrease the size of the
screen the tabs roll onto the next line. Is there anyway I can make
this navbar static?

V2008 recent projects shows 2 iexplore
If I click on either of them it shows iexplore.exe in the solutions window.
Properties show the file to be
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
I look in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\
and see both a iexplore.sln and a iexplore.suo file there.
I know it is a bother but I'd appreciate it if you would look into

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
