Hi, I'm wondering how can i change the datagrid header text at runtime so
that it keeps the sorting enabled?
I can do;
e.Item.Cells.Text = "foo";
But then foo is the text of the table cell and not the underlying hyperlink
and as such, foo is no longer sortable.

Hi,
I am trying to create a DataGrid that has a hyperlink in column 1.
Because of design reasons, the grid will auto generate columns and a
repeater will not work.
this output of the grid after databinding will look like this:
ID(hidden)~Name~isLinked(hidden)
In the Name column, I want to add a link below the name

I am trying to retrieve the text within each cell in a datagrid in
order to change the color of each cell, depending on the value within
that cell.
This works fine on the cells that are bound columns, but returns an
empty string for the cells that are hyperlink columns.
Here is the code to retrive the text:
Private Sub DataGrid1_ItemDataBound(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As

According to Microsoft (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;323169 ), there
is bug in the the datagrid control, causing content to wrap in the
columns of a datagrid eventhough HeaderStyle Wrap or the ItemStyle Wrap
property to False.
Following the advice in the same support article, I have modified my
datagrid to become the following:
<asp:datagrid id="MySQLDataGrid" PageSize="6" DataKeyField="ID"

I have a gridview that's being populated from an access db query. The
problem I'm having is that the date/time fields in access that are
populating the gridview are showing both date and time, when the field
should only be showing one or the other (date or time).
Even on the back end of the database where the column properties are, I
have chosen the smallest date/time formats. When the aspx page runs, it
shows the date and time (ie:in a...

I need to know when a link buttons value is zero so I don't try to run a
query to find none.
When I was using ViewState(ds_Last), which I can't do because certain phones
are choking on the data, I have on avg about 12 rows of data.
Apparently that's way too much data for some phones, nearing 30k.
So I've abondoned ViewState and I'm trying to get the value from the
datagrid, I see that it can be done but I may be missing something...

Hi,
I have a Datagrid with template columns (TextBox and Radiolist in them).
The ViewState seems to work but I'm unable to access the values of the
controls in the Datagrid at Page_Load(). The code
foreach ( DataGridItem dgi in MyGrid.Items )
{
System.Diagnostics.Debug.WriteLine( string.Format( "Count: {0}",
dgi.Cells.Count) );

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
