Hi all, being new to C# (not to C++), when I create a windows form and run
it, regardless if the windows operating system is using the "new" XP theme
or the "old" 95/98/2000 styled theme, my forms use the old 95/98 style
theme.
How do I get the new XP "look and feel" theme for my buttons and tab panes
and other controls? You know, the one where if you hover the mouse over

Hello,
This should be very basic but i'm having hard time finding the C# version of
the starter kits.
There is a link in the Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition but that
only opens the VB version of the personal starter kit.
I went to download the starter kits from
http://www.asp.net/vwd/starterkits.aspx?tabIndex=4&tabId=46 but the .vsi
file does extract in 8,3 file format and when i open the project i do not

So try this. Create a new ASP.NET 2.0 website. Add a theme. Add a
skin to the theme. In your web.config, add the <pages theme="MyTheme"
styleSheetTheme="MyTheme" /tag under your system.web node.
Now, on a page, drag out any built in control, such as a label.
Style/Skin it. The control will take the style of the theme at both
runtime and in the designer. Cool!
Now, create a custom server control (inherits from WebControl)....

Is there a way to get the current theme name at design time?
I'm trying to write a custom control for which I need to use images from the
current theme. I have asigned a theme to the page as well as in the
web.config.
The control looks ok at run time but when viewed in the Visual Studio

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
