DotNetNuke anyone?

I just installed dotnetnuke and it took me to the default page. I can see
the page just fine but there are a few errors on the page itself. Here is
what it looks like:

I think the dotnetnuke forums are the best place to ask this question.

Hi,<br />I installed dotnetnuke 4.x successfully (http://www.sabermas.ne t/sabermas).<br />I got a similar problem with my first installations, but never more after I knew how to do it well.<br />You need to take care with folder security, due dotnetnuke needs 'modify rights' on some folders, and you must give ASP.NET user the correct rights.<br />If you are using dotnetnuke for the first time, please read the installation guide for getting info about security issues.

this other could help.
Despite my another answer about security, your problem could be caused by a
temporary innapropiate connection to the database.
please try just refreshing your site. If it doesn't works, read my anoter
answer about security.

Does anyone know of a DotNetNuke module for event registration? It doesn't have to be free. We have a local users group that meets once a month and we'd like to allow our members to register for the meetings online and then be able to pull up a list of members that have registered before each meeting. If anyone knows of a module that will accomplish this please let me know. Thanks in advance. Brian

Hello, I have installed .NET on my Windows XP and I would like to install DotNetNuke 4.0.3. I unzipped DotNetNuke_4.0.3_Install.zip to the folder E:\Program Files\DotNetNuke and (according to instructions) I modified web.config and I created DotNetNuke database in SQL Server 2005. Unfortunatelly when I entered in a browser http://localhost/DotNetNuke/ I receive the following screen: DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

Greetings: on shared server hosting we have a password protected section of our web site using simple htaccess setting. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
