Changing base class from default system.web.ui.p age in .net 2.0

Hi guys

I do have following class structure

xxx.RoleManagem ent : xxx.RMUser.
xxx.RMUser : System.web.ui.p age

These classes are added in solution as different project. Now what i am
trying is to change .aspx page's base class from default
system.web.ui.p age to xxx.rolemanagem ent. But it is throwing following
error -

#no suitable method found to override
#does not implement interface member
'System.Web.IHt tpHandler.IsReu sable'
#Make sure that the class defined in this code file matches the
'inherits' attribute, and that it extends the correct base class

I have changed inherit attribute in .aspx as well as declared intended
page's base class to xxx.RoleManagem ent

Any help will be highly appreciated

Thanks and regards

I wrote the code that constructs the nested collections and i can pull out anything i want within the collections of collections. However, I want to make my code more readable. Hence I would like to write it to result in the following:

I could use a little advice to help prevent me making a possible mess of a project. :) In VB6, I once created a project that exposed a public interface class. I then Implemented this in various plug-in DLLs so that I could early-bind to the plug-ins by declaring objects of the interface class type. This worked fine, until one day I found that I needed to add a new method to the interface class. Of course, everything broke immediately...

To my eye, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of difference between the two of them from a functional point of view. Can someone give me a good explanation of why one vs the other? Sean

Hi all, We have created some "Base" class pages for our WebForms and UserControls. For instance, when we create a WebForm called "WebForm1.aspx", instead of inheriting from "System.Web.UI.Page" we implement from our "Base" class page which itself inherits from "System.Web.UI.Page" -- I know, pretty standard. We do the same with our UserControls, instead they inherit from "System.Web.UI.UserControl". Now, there are some methods that we...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
