Back in the Old days, I compile a C++ executable, copy the dll's used by
this executable to the same folder. Go to another computer, copy that folder

I've developed a Commerce Server application and am having deployment
problems. The issue is not Commerce Server specific, so I'll ask here,
since questions get answered here.
The application is developed on a remote machine. My compiler runs locally,
but the source files and destination is on the remote machine. The remote
machine is running Framework 1.0.3705.

I have a portal application that we have built that contains links to
different modules. There is no static binding to these dlls from the
application so that we can deploy some modules to some users and some
modules to other users. This allows us to have a centralized
application that contains all modules...but with the ability to have
security for different groups of users.

different flavors, each with its main program, libraries, datafiles, doco,
etc.
Each flavor will also have one or more standalone executables that can be

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
