I've been trying to find a way to transfer session data (login information
and such) between different domains, both on the same shared host. I think
(I haven't tested yet, though) that using the same session ID will return
the same session data, since they're both running off the same copy of PHP.
The data being transmitted isn't extremely sensitive (not enough to be
worried things like shared-server tempfile reading), but I want to be...

I have been looking for a way to add roles to a LoginView control
programmatically and it's not working. I have called the sub at init and

How do you get a reference to the LoginStatus control contained in the
LoginView control that resides on web.master?
I need to determine if the LoginStatus will show a LogOut link(for a logged
in user), or show nothing at all (in the case of the user not logged in);
Are there any other Membership properties that I can call that tell if the
user has already authenticated.?

Hello All,
Is there a way to show common "stuff" in the LoginView for all logged in
users when using <RoleGroups>?
In other words, I have a number of links that all users that log in should
see. There are additional links special to particular roles. It appears

When I put asp controls inside the LoginView it removes the codebehind
references so that the page will not build. For example:

Hi
My site contains a loginview control on every page to show users they
are logged in. i want to implement a page cache for all other page
content. how would i do this?
using output cache will cause the loginview to be cached which is
clearly not good.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
