Using Visual Studio .NET 2003 I've tried to add a COM reference
to a Windows Form project via the Add Reference dialog (specifically
the Active DS Type Library) but always get the error message:
"A reference to 'Active DS Type Library' could not be added. The
type library wrapper tool 'tlbimp' cannot be found on this system.
Please re-install Visual Studio."
This occurs regardless of the actual tlb or dll selected and happens

I'm currently experiencing a strange phenomenon:
At my Office, Visual Studio takes a very long time to compile our solution
(more than 1 minute for the first project).
At home, Visual Studio compiles the same solution much faster (about 10
seconds for the first project).
My home computer is only marginally faster than the one I have at the office
(P4 2.53 vs. P4 2.4, same amount of RAM).

It looks like System::Collections::Generic.List throws and OUT_OF_MEMORY
exception whenever memory allocated exceeds 256 MB. I have 1024 MB on my system
so I am not even out of physical RAM, much less virtual memory.

One Visual Studio 2005 solution contains a C# project and C++ ATL DLL
project. The DLL compiles fine, gets registered automatically, gets
referenced correctly when the C# program compiles, and gets called correctly
during execution. So far, so good.
During execution of the DLL, a call to the ATL/MFC shared library method
