I stumbled across Application from someone else's code, and I can't
find out squat about by searching MS, Google, or Google Groups.
For the most part, this is returning the fully-qualified name of the server and
path to my application, such as:
http://devserver/testapp
However, on 1 of my test servers, it returns:

The default web access mode for this project is set to file share, but the

I am trying to create a Web application with VS.NET 2003 which hangs with a
message "Contacting Server to create Web Project MyProject..." After

Hi,
I have created an ASP.NET application (let's call it FooBar) with VS.NET on
my local machine, residing in http://localhost/FooBar. Deploying it to
another folder on my machine works well with FrontPage Server Extensions,
but I don't manage to deploy the application to my web provider http root
folder.
When I run Copy Project, I get an error message just saying 'Unable to
create Web project 'myname'. Not found.'.

framework 1.1 and VStudio2003 And C# as coding language
Sql server 2000 database
the project is running properly on the localhost server
but my online server does not have the ms Ent lib installed and also
