What is the exact difference between a Webserver control and a HTMLserver
Control?
Why would you use one or the other?
Thanks!

I have a popup "Tools" form with a tab control that has a different subform
on each tab. The problem is that new tabs/subforms continue to be added as
users request new features - so the code on each subform's
Form_Open/Load/Current event fires whenever the popup form is opened, making
the popup form slow to open and causing problems when a function in one
subform is dependent on data or events in another subform (on a different
tab).

I have a tabstrip control with a multipage control. There are
dropdownlists on the individual pages of the multipage control which
are supposed to stay in one place. However, sometimes when the web
page loads, I noticed that the dropdownlists moved out of place. If I
reload the page it sometimes corrects this problem.
Does anyone know why this happens??
Thanks!

Hello,
I'm trying to build an "add-on" to an already existing custom web user
control. The old control collects some user data and saves it to a database.
The new control should collect some extra info from the user and add it to a
new table in the database.
The old control should not be re-written (at least not now..), so I need a
way of capturing the click event of the Save button in the old control. This
event should trigger a...

I am having a problem when using nested user controls. I have a website
which contains multiple user controls and every user control contains
another user control.
The problem is when i want to handle events from the second user control. It
seems like the page is being posted back but no event handler is being
serviced.

I have a userform in Access/Excel with a Multipage control on. At the bottom of each multipage is a command button that sends you to the next page. When you click these command buttons, it changes which tab has focus at the top of the control, but the other controls on the multipage don't change, they stay as the old page.
code to change page:
Multipage1.value = multipage1.value + 1
I've tried putting form.repaint at the bottom, but that...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
