Hi all,
I have Acrobat reader 6 installed as I usually do. I've recently had to
reinstall Windows and associated programmes and have my web apps up and
running except for the PDF rendering. The Crystal reports are running and
I'm not receiving errors but the final rendering as though it should
automatically load the Adobe PDF web viewer is not working. I have recently
installed VS 2005 Beta2 to check out but surely this won't affect my...

I have no idea why, but since I'm trying to recreate my website using
ASP.NET 2.0 I've encountered so many performance issues that I'm about to
give up and continue using v1.1
Seriously, how can a page that is not that complicated be so long to render
locally, it's amazing.

Hi, all! Using Win2k3 Server & IE 6 (all patches) on one box (web server),
and XP/Pro & IE7 on another (workstation)... Project is a basic on-screen
calendar with dynamically created table rows and columns (server side) and
styles.
Odd problem: if I render the table normally, some styles are ignored (such
as the border-bottom attribute below):

Hi. I wonder if it's possible to "force" a browser to "switch to SSR
mode" for any given document. Specifically, I'm looking for a
solution, not to a User Agent issue (i think), but a coding idea; a
programming "what if..?".
i'm not concerned w/ manipulating a browser (i.e. prefs., settings
this URL, always view SSR, save), but rather something i would code
into the document which would request the browser to display in this

Can anyone clue me on on how to have my html page continue rendering
past a MySQL error? If you visit www.Base2WebDesign.com, click login,
type in anything for a username and password, then view the page
source. You will see that the page displays the error then just stops
rendering the html. (I know what the error is, I deleted that table
on purpose for a simple way to show you what I would like fixed.)
This doesn't cause any problems...

Issues 1: Opera 9.25 I have lines that I don't want appearing pop up and disappear as I scroll up and down

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
