Hi everyone,
I've been using ASP on a few different projects over the past year, either
using Javascript or VBScript. During that time, I've made use of session
variables, but even then, I've tried to keep those variables to a minimum
(which is not always easy).
I've also read on many ASP resource sites (such as fuzzysoftware.com, etc)
that the use of session variables can be a no-no, while others say that it's

When I run my ASP.NET application first time after deployment, it runs OK.
On the second run, when one of my web forms tries to read session variables
set in another form, it finds them empty. Nevertheless, if in the same
session I set the variables again, they don't get lost anymore. What could
be the reason for the session variables to get lost in the beginning of the
session? Could it be a size issue? Where can I set amount of storage...

I have been using the default session state (InProc) and have found that I
have been loosing my information after a period of time (normally 20
minutes).
Is there anyway to find out how much more time I have on a session?
If I do a refresh, does reset the session clock?
Do you have have to go to another page to reset the session timeout or will
a postback also do it? This is important as we have a few pages that a user

I have an application that uses sessions variables a lot but one I publish
the application on the prod server these variables are lost. The application
is written i c# 2.0 and I've set the statServer timeout to 20 min in the the

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
