Image ActiveX wanted - second call

I am looking for an ActiveX control for viewing document images. I need only
basic viewing functions like zooming, rotating, scaling. Don't need any
editing, PhotoShop-style effects, printing, image acquiring, format
converting.

John,

Thank you for the response.

The rotate one doesn't really rotate anything, it just shows several images
in turn. And I do need a few other viewing features normally found in
commercial controls, like ability to select a part of the image and have it
to fill up the whole image area.

I would rather go with a commercial ActiveX.

I'm designing an app in Access 97 that will facilitate the uploading of records and images to a website. The user selects the image thumbnails from the file system and drags them into the app. There appears to be just two types of controls that support this action: OLE controls and Hyperlink text boxes. I am using the hyperlink. Dragging the images into the hyperlink works just fine, but I'm quite dismayed about the lack of control over...

Hey! I wrote a message yersterday and got some good answers and have now managed to generate a nice image. The problem is that it's all generated in an Images.Aspx file and I don't really want that. In the Render Sub of the Control I output some HTML and there I need to reference to a file in the <img> element, is there anyway to NOT have to point to a...

Hi I've got a c# application that will often run in the background as it is used to monitor connections to a host. An activex control displays the communication between the app and the host. I just downloaded a activex control that was written in C# and tried to view it on my PDA's Internet Explorer. At my regular PC it displayed just fine, but nothing showed up on the pda. Hi, We recently built a very basic file management system for a client in Access 2003 (to use with incoming tif scans). In it we used Microsoft's Document Imaging activex viewer (from Office 2003). The viewer seems to be a bit 'buggy', in that sometimes if you preview a tif image using the activex on a form, then goto another form, and then come back to preview the same image again on the first form, the preview no longer shows up...

Hi, I have a C# application (VS2005) with Microsoft Mappoint activeX control on a form. At a certain moment I want to create a second one temporary in code. This seems not to work, when I try to access it I have an InvalidActiveXState Exception. I cannot find mutch on the web about this Invalid State of a component except that it is invalid (what the Exception already describe). So I hope someone here knows ?

Hi This one's been puzzling me for a while - I can only think it must be a bug in PHP 5.1.4 (which is what I'm running). I'm pretty sure it does the same thing in PHP 4. Is it a 'feature' I'm not aware of? What I want is an image uploading program, which automatically saves a fullsize version of the image, a thumbnail, and resizes the image itself so it is no more than 400x400. So - three copies of the image:

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies.
