Hello,
I have PHP 4.3.1.1 running on Windows 2000 Server with IIS 5. This
connects to an MS SQL 7 server running on a seperate NT4 box.
Recently, this SQL7 Server had SQL7 Service Pack 4 applied to it.
After this Service Pack, the PHP apps could no longer connect to the
database.
Warning: mssql_connect() : Unable to connect
to server: <mySQLServer> in <myPHPapp.php> on line 12.

We have just installed a SQL Server 2000 (SP 3A) onto a computer that

We've been experiencing some intermittent connectivity issues lately and
cannot seem to find the cause. Basically we can sometimes connect to the SQL
Server via the machine name, and then all of a sudden we'll no longer be
able to. Once this happens, we need to use the server IP to connect. Then a
few days later we'll be able to connect via the server name again. During
this time we're always able to ping the server via it's machine name.

I have just installed MySql version 5.0-18 on Red Hat Fedora Core 4. It
is running but I cant connect to it using MySql Query Browser running
on my pc.

I was able to view table content easily before, but after I
reinstalled everything, I cannot find the option to view table content
in MS SQL Server Express. I can define table with no problem. Check
out the screen snapshot below, from which you'll see that the popup
menu frrom right-clicking on the table name does not have the "Open
table" option. What is going on?

I cannot seem to connect to this Instance locally which was i able to
in the past. I can connect to the instance from out side. The instance
is running and the DBs in the instance are available and used
successfully by the applications but i cannot connect to the instance
using the enterprise manager.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
