Andy Smith's control (metabuilders.com/Tools/RowSelectorColumn.aspx ) is
everywhere and I'm feeling pretty stupid. I've placed the dll in my /bin
directory, registered the control, added the column to my datagrid, and it
works! VS.NET even renders it in design mode (2002 didn't). However, when I
go to reference it, it won't compile -- Type RowSelectorColumn is not

Hi guys
Anybody used this free control? I've managed to set the font using Font-Name
in my aspx page, but using Font-Size doesnt seem to work. No matter what I
try as a value, it doesnt change. Also tried it from the C# - clb.Font.Size
but that doesnt work either.
The docs say it uses the System....Font class, so I would assume Size would
work? Any ideas?

Hello,
I would like to use 2 hierarchical dropdown lists. I mean that the choices
offered by the second must be dependent upon the value selected in the first
drop down.
I found the extension "Simple Dropdown Rewrite " on www.kaosweaver.com.
Unfortunately, I am not able to make it work with .NET server side
dropdown's.
Can anybody help me finding a solution?

i've emailed metabuilders themselves but was just wondering has anybody else ever had this problem?
I am populating the combobox using a SQL2000 table. The combobox populates successfully with the required values but for some reason the SelectedIndexChanged will not fire, and it always has the SelectedIndex as -1 no matter what value I select within the combobox! Autopostback is also set to True

I have tried different methods which all seem to work only partially.
I decided to try to use a User Control (which I'm sure is not done
correctly) and get errors as I try to execute it.

Hi there,
My aspx page has two dropdownlist controls Dropdownlist1 and
Dropdownlist2. Dropdownlist2 is populated when
Dropdownlist1_SelectedIndexChanged is fired. Now my problem is:
When I use a keyboard and tab to Dropdownlist1 and select the first
item, Dropdownlist1_SelectedIndexChanged is fired. I never get chance

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
