i hope anyone can help me with this problem, everytime i test compile my web application in asp.net, this error message pops out and i cannot open my internet explorer. after encountering this problem, i also cannot open my windows explorer.

Then I called back a routine and detected that the output of the later called code
was written PRIOR to the previous text to the console.
