Here is my scenario:
One of my aspx pages has a CheckBoxList (Item1, Item2) and a GridView.
Then I have a database that has the columns Item1 and Item2 (among
others) with the data type bit. What I am trying to do is to only show
the data sets chosen by the user. So for example if the user checks
Item1 in the CheckBoxList then only the datasets that have Item1 set to
True should be listed in the GridView. Here is what I tried:

I am using my checkboxlist as a display of true/false values, not to enter data. Is there
some way to access in code which list items are selected?
Example:
<asp:checkboxlist
id="cblist"
runat="server"
cellpadding="5"
cellspacing="5"
repeatcolumns="3"

Hello,
I created a datalist in an ASP.Net / VB page.
I display the image and price of a few products.
When a user clicks an image I want to load the page
"detail.aspx?number=id" and send the value of the "id" field of that
record as a URL parameter.
Can someone tell me how to do this.

I'm DataBinding a CheckBoxList and i want to get the checkboxes selected
when the page is loaded depending on a Boolean value from the Database..
chkDebtor.DataSource = objDR
chkDebtor.DataValueField = "checked" -- this is a column in the
table that returns 1 or 0
chkDebtor.DataTextField = "DebtorCode"
chkDebtor.DataBind()
Dim i As Integer = 0
While i < chkDebtor.Items.Count

Hi,
I am having a small problem generating an e-mail via an online form. I
am creating an e-mail using the MailMessage command and I know that you
have to do something special to render the values Checked with a
CheckBoxList, but I don't know what to do or how to do it. If anyone
could give me an example or send me to a link I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
