Are there any built in API's provided by peoplesoft which can be called from
the .net application ?

systems, including Oracle, Informix, IBM DB2, Sybase,
and Microsoft SQL Server.
You need to know which DBMS your particular
PeopleSoft application is using, and program against that.

Just a quick FYI to let you know that RH Linux 3 with UDB 8.2.9 works
with Peoplesoft (actually JDEdwards) just fine.
We had some questions about how PS would react to having the database
switched from one server to another but it works just fine.
