- type B I have 12 off etc.
I'm using

Hello-
I was amazed at the suckerfish drop-downs from AListApart.com. They
work great except for one thing, if I position the drop-downs over an
iframe element, on mouseover the menus disappear. It works fine in IE,
but not FireFox. I would like to implement these menus, but if I can't
get this to work, I gotta look at something else.
If anyone has some suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Hi folks,
When I set the datasource of a dropdown list and bind it, the drop down list
always defaults to the first item in the list. I need it to default to
Nothing or NULL or whatever it is now in .NET.
The situation I've got is a group of combo boxes that interelate. So if you
select item 1 from drop down A, you are prompted to select an item in drop
down B and if you select item 2 from drop down A you are prompted to select
an...

Is there a way that a bound ddl control can:
1. display the bound data, even if it does not match a selection in
the DDL?
2. allow the user to enter something other than the look up values?
I have a bound dropdown list that retrieves it's selections from a
look-up table. The DDL is bound to a database table and unless the
value in the (text) field matches one of the look-up values, the page
craps out.

Hi,
I have a drop down that I have populated. I am use to using winforms with
the items.add function to add objects to the drop downs, but on web forms it
seems you can only add text string.
How do i then force the drop down to be a specific item in the drop down
(such as setting a default value)

Hello,
I am new to this and have run into a small problem. I am using the Ajax toolkit with VS 2005 to fill some drop downs through a web service and it works great. All of the cascading drop downs work correctly. The only problem I have is I need to copy the drop downs value from each cascading drop down into a hidden drop down. I have struggled with this for a few days now so if anyone could offer me some advice I would really appreciate...

With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
